Returns & Refunds

At Aetherial Forge, every item is produced to order and individually manufactured.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Most Aetherial Forge products are made specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Custom orders
• Personalized items
• Made-to-order products
• Size selections made by the customer

Standard Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original condition
• The item is returned in original packaging

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations may not be possible because materials and machine time have already been committed.
